Orders and production
How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order, so nothing is sitting on a shelf. Most 3D printed items are made and shipped within 3 business days. Handmade hickory alignment sticks take about 1 week because each pair is hand painted and sealed. Carrier transit time is on top of that.
Why made to order?
It means you get your exact colour choice, freshly made, with no dead stock and no waste. It is also how a small studio can offer nine colours on every product.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email as soon as you can. If production has not started yet, changes are usually no problem. Once a custom or hand painted piece is underway it cannot be changed.
Colours and materials
What are the 3D printed items made from?
Bambu Lab PLA Basic, in nine colours: White, Red, Black, Blue, Green, Orange, Pink, Yellow, and Grey. PLA is rigid, matte, and holds detail well, which suits display pieces and organisers.
Can I get a colour that is not listed?
Yes. Use the custom order form. Premium and specialty finishes such as silk, matte, metallic, and glow are available for a small extra charge.
Will the colour match the photos exactly?
Very closely, but screens vary. The 3D preview on each product page uses the real Bambu colour values, so it is a good guide.
Are the golf balls included?
No. Balls in the photos are there to show scale and how the mounts work.
Mounting and use
How do the wall mounts attach?
The modular golf ball mounts use one screw per mount, included. The WHOOP band holder uses two adhesive strips, included, so there is no drilling.
Will adhesive damage my wall?
Adhesive strips hold best on smooth, clean, dry surfaces such as painted drywall, tile, and painted wood. They are not recommended for textured, wallpapered, or freshly painted walls.
How do I clean a printed piece?
A damp cloth is plenty. Avoid solvents, dishwashers, and leaving PLA in a hot car, since PLA softens with sustained heat.
Shipping and returns
Where do you ship?
Across Canada. Rates are flat by weight at $9, $14, or $20, and standard-size orders over $55 ship free.
Why are the alignment sticks priced differently for shipping?
They are 48 inches long, so they travel in an oversized tube that carriers charge more for. That rate is $25 to Ontario and Quebec and $45 to the rest of Canada, and it is shown at checkout. Oversized items do not count toward the free shipping threshold.
Can I return something?
Standard items can be returned within 14 days in unused, original condition. Custom and personalised pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Full detail is in the returns policy.

About the studio
Who makes this?
ATT Makes is an independent design and fabrication studio in Aurora, Ontario. Every product is designed in house, prototyped on the studio's own machines, and made when you order it. More on the about page.
