Shipping Policy

ATT Makes is a small studio in Aurora, Ontario. Every order is made, checked, and packed by hand.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

Processing time

Most products are ready to ship within 3 business days. Handmade hickory golf alignment sticks usually take about 1 week because they are painted to order. The processing time shown on the product page applies before carrier transit time.

Shipping rates

Standard-size orders ship for a flat rate based on package weight: $9, $14, or $20 CAD. Standard-size orders of $55 CAD or more ship free.

Because of their length, golf alignment sticks use an oversized shipping rate of $25 CAD to Ontario and Quebec or $45 CAD to the rest of Canada. The exact rate for your order is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery and tracking

Orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your order leaves the studio. Carrier delivery times vary by destination and begin after the processing time above.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned because the address supplied with the order was incorrect, we can resend it after the additional shipping cost is paid.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows a delivery problem, email attmakes@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos so we can help.
