Returns Policy

Everything at ATT Makes is designed and made one order at a time in Aurora, Ontario. We want you to be happy with your order. Please read our return policy below.

Standard catalogue items

Standard products, including items fabricated after you order and items purchased in the listed colour or quantity options, can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email attmakes@gmail.com with your order number.

Custom and personalised items

One-off custom work and items made with personalised text, engraving, customer-supplied artwork, custom dimensions, or other specifications outside the options shown on the product page are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email attmakes@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except where an item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
