Returns Policy

Everything from ATT Makes is made to order, so returns work a little differently than at a big retailer.

Personalised and custom items

Items made with custom text, logos, images, or one-off designs are final sale — they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. If a personalised item arrives damaged or has a defect, it will be remade or refunded (see below).

Standard items

Unused standard items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email first to arrange the return — include your order number. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and the refund is issued to the original payment method once the item arrives back.

Damaged or defective items

If anything arrives broken, warped, or not as described, email within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. ATT Makes will remake the item or refund it in full — whichever you prefer. No need to ship anything back.

How to reach us

All returns and issues are handled by email. Include your order number and a short description, and you will get a reply within a day or two.
